Cloud Network Engineer

Requirements:

• Extensive years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
• -OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field AND Extensive years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
• -OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND base year(s) technical experience in network design, development, and automation

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Harnessing Physical network data for precise failure analysis and proactive monitoring enhancements to improve network availability.
• Diagnosing and resolving network issues with minimal customer impact, backed by meticulous post-incident analysis as part of on-call responsibilities.
• Pioneering automated solutions to optimize network operations and incident management workflows.
• Streamlining network deployments by contributing to cutting-edge automation for rapid and efficient infrastructure expansion.
• Working with internal and external vendor engineers to troubleshoot issues found during Network health validation and field operations and drive for resolution.
