Service Engineer IC4

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience
• In-depth knowledge of system and service management challenges
• Hands-on experience in providing operations support to complex IT environments
• Ability to build and influence towards common goals
• Experience working with Azure or equivalent hyperscale cloud technologies
• Sense of accountability for end-to-end outcomes
• Experience in large distributed IT environments in an operational role

Nice to Haves

• Expertise experience in problem solving and analyzing distributed systems
• ITIL certification V3 or above
• Experience in DevOps lifecycle
• Experience in Kusto / data visualization
• PMP / Agile PM certification, or experience working in an agile project team

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and support Incident management workflows across cloud boundaries
• Provide Knowledge Management, Operations training, and leadership
• Leading on cloud excellence and driving alignment across all Sovereign Clouds
• Driving orchestration and integration efforts for large projects with internal teams and external partners
• Track, coordinate, and communicate project schedules
