Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (OR equivalent experience)
Experience on front-end development and web accessibility. Familiarity with accessibility-focused software development patterns and a commitment to inclusive design using web technologies.
Experience in Software Development.

Solid proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, with experience in front-end development and testing using frameworks like React, GraphQL, and UI component libraries.
Familiarity with performance-oriented web application development patterns and a commitment to building fast, scalable, and efficient user experiences.
Experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot for coding, code review, automated testing, and continuous integration.
Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies and adopt solutions from Microsoft or the open-source community.
Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, communication, continuous learning, and critical thinking skills, with a solid sense of customer empathy.
Experience with agile project management methodologies and a passion for using AI to improve team collaboration, code reliability, and customer outcomes.

Develop and maintain accessible and performant front-end web framework features using JavaScript/TypeScript.
Drive architectural changes by profiling and improving UX performance and front-end architecture, in collaboration with design and leadership, leveraging AI-powered learning platforms and tools.
Invest in the growth of an inclusive and capable environment by mentoring and training team members within the team and across the organization.
