Product Management Internship Opportunity

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product scenarios.
• Experience with data analysis tools or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify customers' unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of features via quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Define and refine product requirements for enterprise-grade scenarios in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics; partner with engineering to ensure telemetry is developed.
• Determine features and experiences to prioritise in the roadmap, supporting achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Collaborate with design and engineering to iterate feature concepts and facilitate reviews for usability and accessibility.
