Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product scenarios.
Experience with data analysis tools or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.

What You'll Be Doing:
Identify customers' unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of features via quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Define and refine product requirements for enterprise-grade scenarios in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics; partner with engineering to ensure telemetry is developed.
Determine features and experiences to prioritise in the roadmap, supporting achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs).
Collaborate with design and engineering to iterate feature concepts and facilitate reviews for usability and accessibility.
