Backend Engineer II

Requirements:

• Strong experience working on the backend of a technology product
• Wanting to be involved in building a product used daily
• Product mindset and care about customer outcomes
• Comfortable working in a team dealing with ambiguity
• Interest in distributed systems and writing resilient software
• Some experience with strongly-typed languages (Go, Java, C, Scala, etc.)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with your team to make a difference for customers
• Working in a squad alongside various disciplines
• Building and supporting a part of Monzo
