Solutions Architect

Requirements:

• Strong track record in building cloud data platforms
• 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Expertise in distributed systems, data strategies, data modeling, infrastructure concepts, data engineering, BI and analytics, and AI/ML
• Experience in Financial services, Retail, or Healthcare & Life Sciences industry is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage with several Snowflake customers
• Lead technical streams of client data platform implementations and onboarding
• Collaborate with different Snowflake organizations
• Help clients troubleshoot implementations
• Contribute to the growth and scalability of Customer Delivery and Training teams
• Apply industry/domain/technology expertise to client implementations
• Gather product feedback and recommendations from customers
