Junior Backend Engineer, Content Platform

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or similar subject
• 1+ years of working experience in a similar backend engineering position
• Proficient in Java and other languages like Python, Scala
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure and tools
• Knowledge of sound engineering practices

• Design, develop and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability
• Build and operate infrastructure, tools, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with other engineers and product teams
• Take operational responsibility for owned services
