Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role or a technical user-facing role
• Great communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of global payment technologies and ecosystems
• Ability to write scalable, high-quality code
• Familiarity with developer tools like git
• Experience managing communications with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills

What you'll be doing

• Become a domain expert in an area of Stripe’s payments stack
• Handle inquiries from internal Stripes and external partners' technical teams
• Engage with Stripe's financial partners
• Organize and direct technical changes and projects
• Identify and automate inefficient processes
• Design anomaly detection systems
• Collaborate with different departments to trace and account for payments
