• Build elegant backend platform components for high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
• Build the deployment system for safe deployment of open source k8s operators
• Establish a common model for incremental rollouts and ensure critical safety features
• Lead and collaborate with team members to enhance system robustness
• Promote best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with motivated teammates
