Senior Automation Engineer (M/F/X)

Requirements

• Proven experience in Industrial, Automation, or Process Engineering
• Fluency in German and English (B2 level in at least one language)
• Experience in material handling equipment design and piloting
• Educational background in engineering or equivalent experience
• Project and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of IT systems and data technologies

What You'll Be Doing

• Support material flow and area planning in warehouse operations
• Conduct analyses for selecting warehousing technology
• Assist in procurement of supply chain solutions
• Implement material handling systems for productivity improvements
• Contribute to process development and improvement initiatives
• Conduct Motion and Time (MTM) Studies for labor standards
• Develop and document project processes and concepts
• Plan processes and design warehouse layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp
