What You'll Be Doing
Creatively translate US English content for the intended market while maintaining the Apple tone of voice and original message, and adhering to inclusive writing standards.
Keep up to date on industry trends, cultural evolution and socio-political events in the target market, as well as standard processes in copywriting, translation and technical writing.
Collaborating with Creative and Human Interface teams to ensure that Apple’s voice is tailored to the local market
Bug monitoring, blocking issues, reporting and resolution
Working with multi-functional groups to ensure the process runs smoothly and on schedule
Ensuring terminology consistency across all Apple products and services Assisting with quick-turnaround translations
Identifying tools and process improvements
Performing linguistic QA and runtime testing
Maintaining style guides and language glossaries
