Remote Field Service Engineer, Data Center Operations, Cork

Requirements

• Expertise with data centre operational tasks
• Hands-on experience with various copper and fibre cabling structures
• Experience with DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) tools
• Experience of increasing responsibilities within a global, multi-cultural organization
• Certification in data Center operations or related certification

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute projects in the deployment and maintenance of compute servers
• Lead material movements and ensure actions are executed in Apple systems
• Identify issues and perform Root Cause Analysis
