Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant professional experience
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a demonstrated focus on data analysis, process improvement, and strategic recommendations
Strong proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira Software / Service Management, Confluence Wiki, etc.)
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and resolve workflow bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies within GET, leading to streamlined processes and improved operational efficiency
Provide granular, data-driven insights into actual team capacity, accounting for effective utilization, skill sets, and project demands, enabling optimized resource deployment
Serve as the analytical expert for GET, providing deep dives into operational data and trends to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Conducting cross-functional collaboration with other teams to uncover shared pain points and duplicated tasks that impact GET and broader organizational efficiency
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to GET leadership and other stakeholders
Cultivating strong stakeholder management expertise is crucial, involving effective communication of understandings, managing expectations, and gaining buy-in for proposed solutions and strategic initiatives
Effectively communicate complex data and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

In 3 months you’ll be fully up to speed on the services and technologies we deploy and maintain, building reports/dashboards, identify gaps and inefficiencies is various systems used within the organization
Within 6 months you’ll be actively developing roadmaps and strategy, after actively identifying our stakeholders
By 12 months you’ll be thinking largely in terms of efficiency and identifying team systems, support and infrastructure initiatives that align with department goals
Communication: Successfully communicate team challenges and support solutions internally and externally, while having the ability to communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders within the organization
Research: Collect and analyze feedback from both our internal customers as well as our systems to better understand our clients requests and future needs
