Data Engineer II - Marketplace

Requirements:

• More than +3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Data Engineer
• Degree in a quantitative field
• Proven knowledge of Python
• Experience designing systems E2E and knowledge of basic concepts (lb, db, caching, NoSQL, etc)
• Knowledge of Spark, CDC, Kafka, Cassandra, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT or equivalent tools
• Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines

Nice to Haves:

• Java/Scala skills
• Familiarity with the Hadoop Ecosystem

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing, performance, quality, and scaling of data pipelines
• Rapidly developing next-generation scalable, flexible, and high-performance data pipelines
• Solving data-related issues with prioritization based on customer impact
• Experimenting with new tools and technologies
• Providing tools to improve data quality company-wide
• Being the main point of contact for data engineering issues
