Test Engineer II - Intent Discovery

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in structured organisations
• Ability to work autonomously with local and remote team members
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Stakeholders management ability
• +3 years of professional experience
• Advanced understanding of continuous deployment and devOps environment
• Highly skilled in testing microservices and domain based systems

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure all features are designed and implemented in a testable way
• Advocate for non-functional testing and user experience
• Plan, execute, and supervise testing of products and features
• Ensure testing is embedded in the product lifecycle and advocate for best practices
• Drive and coordinate collaborative improvements in test automation
• Identify patterns and find solutions in complex situations
• Identify and implement process and structural improvements
• Deliver clear and meaningful information, achieve mutually agreeable solutions, and ask relevant questions
