Staff Data Scientist - (Adtech, Machine Learning)

Requirements

• You are an industry-leading talent at modelling business problems using machine learning techniques covering feature engineering, model selection and design as well as evaluation and optimisation to deliver enormous value to the business.
• You raise the performance of other team members through effective mentorship and collaboration to benefit from your deep understanding and experience of data science.
• You have extensive experience in building, training, evaluating and deploying CatBoost, GBM, XGB with a deep focus on EDA, feature engineering, feature selection, and model optimization.
• You are able to explore large datasets using SQL queries to support your analysis and the development of machine learning solutions.
• You write clean, production-level code and set up your environment to minimize testing loops.
• You are familiar with deploying large-scale machine learning models in cloud systems, ideally GCP.
• You are a critical thinker, creative problem solver, and team player who loves to collaborate.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning solutions to maximize advertiser value and platform ad revenue would be highly desirable.

• Spearhead a revolution of Ad Tech at Delivery Hero through the innovative application of cutting-edge tools and techniques.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to improve ad relevance, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
