Requirements

Solid statistical skills—you’re confident with fundamentals and first-principles thinking in statistics and machine learning theory.
Strong engineering background—you write clean, maintainable Python code and SQL queries, following best practices for production systems.
Expertise in at least one relevant domain (e.g., causal inference, time series, Bayesian methods, neural networks, NLP/LLM, ranking/matching, advanced experimentation).
Thoughtful approach—you challenge assumptions and care deeply about working with clean, trustworthy data.
Experience in a business environment where you developed a solid business understanding.
