Systems Development Engineer, Customer Training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation.
• 2 years of experience providing training.
• Experience in areas of infrastructure (e.g., Linux, Kubernetes, Storage, and networking concepts).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 2 security clearance under the German Classification Act.

Nice to haves:

• Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP).
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering or IT production systems engineering, and with providing customer training.
• Knowledge of physical server, storage, and network devices, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and develop high-quality training materials for various delivery formats.
• Contribute to "train-the-trainer" programs and collaborate with sales and customer success teams.
• Interact with customers and internal development organizations to achieve shared goals.
• Participate in customer, partner, and internal team activations and training.
• Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation to support escalations from customer inquiries.
