Requirements

Golang expert with 3+ years of experience, specializing in distributed systems and large-scale applications with strong computer science foundation.
Experience in cloud platform hosting via AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm).
Proficient in NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or Redis and skilled in building scalable, high-performance services.
Commitment to engineering excellence, including high-quality code, automated testing, and best practices.
Senior engineering mindset combining user-centric product thinking, full ownership from design to production, and pragmatic collaboration.
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, able to challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and break down complex problems.

Nice to Have

Experience building and operating high-load, high-traffic systems in distributed, microservice-based environments.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability best practices.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for running and scaling microservices in production.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Drone, or Spinnaker.
Proficiency with observability stacks, including monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing.

Design and build features leveraging personalized insights to enhance rider engagement and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain scalable, reliable systems handling high traffic, large request volumes, and complex migrations.
Contribute to a consistent Rider App experience with shared host spaces, reusable components, and clear information architecture.
Monitor, measure, and optimize system performance using technical and business metrics.
Apply modern engineering practices such as Continuous Delivery, test automation, and Agile development.
