Data Center Strategic Partner, Third-Party Data Centers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, construction, and energy-related issues.
• Experience managing projects of varying sizes, timelines, and scale.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with sourcing and acquiring third-party colocation and built to suits.
• Knowledge in indirect taxes, economic development policy, financial modeling, etc.
• Ability to work within cross-functional strategic efforts.
• Familiarity with technical skills like power transmission, telecommunications infrastructure, etc.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and make quick decisions efficiently.

• Identifying and pursuing initiatives to meet data center needs.
• Monitoring progress against objectives and advocating financial metrics.
• Managing growth at existing sites and developing mapping metrics.
• Working with internal and external teams to support infrastructure needs.
