Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with fiber types and their application, physical fiber characteristics, and standard testing tools (e.g., OSA, BERT, OTDR).
Nice to haves:
Experience in developing and implementing automation solutions for network deployment or similar processes.
Experience in collaborating across multiple levels and functions.
Experience in telecommunications with the knowledge of large network infrastructure, optical transport systems, routers, third- party leased network assets and installation vendors.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead technical projects, prioritize and manage project timelines.
Ability to influence tactical and strategic decision-making.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Maintain accurate network data to drive operational excellence.
