Engineering Lead - Business Operations Tooling

Requirements:

• Experience in leading and mentoring software engineers
• Strong communication style, experience leading teams across functions
• Experience in backend engineering and system architecture
• Experience with designing complex systems
• Experience with database handling
• Experience with API design
• Experience with asynchronous messaging
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin)
• Financial background is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Defining the technical approach for building tools
• Actively participating in product definition and roadmap
• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• Working with cross-functional teams to build and integrate tools
