7+ years of experience building and operating scalable distributed systems in production environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong proficiency in Python and experience building high-availability services.
Solid foundation in distributed systems, scalable architectures, and data modeling.
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LiteLLM), including streaming, tool calling, and structured outputs.
Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, or similar) and protocols such as A2A and MCP.
Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic retrieval systems.
Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience with distributed data platforms (Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, SingleStore, or similar).
Understanding evaluation of metrics (NDCG, MAP, precision/recall) and online A/B testing frameworks.
Strong understanding of ranking strategies, experimentation methodologies, and relevance optimization.
Knowledge of JavaScript or Java is a plus.
