What you need to succeed

Technical Depth

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Solid production experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and performance tuning.

Software Engineering Fundamentals

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience applying design patterns and building scalable systems.
• Ability to reason about trade-offs across scalability, reliability, and performance.
