Senior AI Builder — Run and Operate (Adobe Experience Platform)

Requirements

• 6+ years building production software full-stack

• Experience building monitoring or observability tooling
• Enterprise SaaS experience
• SRE, platform reliability, or DevOps practice

What You'll Be Doing

• Customer-facing experiences in TypeScript, React, and Adobe Spectrum
• Scalable backend services and APIs in Kotlin, built cloud-native (Azure and AWS)
• Observability, diagnostics, and workflow intelligence across end2end flows from AEP & Apps
• Proactive monitoring and self-service diagnostics for issue resolution without filing a ticket
• Agents layered on existing capabilities to surface, explain, and act on operational problems
• Ownership of services from design through live operation with defined SLOs
