Software Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, or a relevant university degree combined with equivalent professional experience
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js or Python; comfortable across backend and frontend
• Treat AI as a collaborator, hands-on with tools like Codex or Claude Code
• Working knowledge of SEO/GEO concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps fundamentals
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into actionable specs and working prototypes quickly

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and ship features for Brand Visibility
• Design and deliver features independently
• Drive the full spec-driven lifecycle
• Configure AI harness setups and write guardrails
• Design and implement API- and MCP-level integrations
• Partner directly with customers
• Encode architectural knowledge for future building
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide AI engineering standards
