Software Engineer - AEM Assets

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, or a relevant degree plus equivalent experience
• Strong programming in JavaScript/Node.js or Python; comfortable across backend and frontend
• Genuine curiosity - you ask the next question instead of stopping at the first plausible answer
• Comfortable working directly with customers, even before your title requires it
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) - a real requirement here, not a nice-to-have
• Cloud platform experience and solid DevOps fundamentals

What You'll Be Doing

• Build features shaped by real customer problems - you’re in the discovery conversation, not just handed a spec afterward

• Move fast with AI-assisted development: spec, prototype, validate, iterate, with AI as a working partner, not a shortcut around understanding the problem

• See the loop close after launch - does this get used, does it hold up - instead of shipping and moving on

• Contribute to a connected system: content moving from creative workflows through governance to delivery, not siloed features

• Learn directly from engineers who’ve been running this customer-informed, AI-native loop for years
