Software Engineer II (Java)  - Hosted Onboarding Framework Team,  Customer Experience Solution

Requirements

• You have typically 3-5+ years of backend software development experience with demonstrable capability in building and maintaining complex systems within our ecosystem.
• You possess strong proficiency in Java and a solid understanding of the JVM.
• You have experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• You are comfortable with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana).
• You have a strong focus on user needs and delivering value.
• You demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• You have the willingness and ability to operate, deploy, and troubleshoot applications in a live, 24/7 production environment.

What you'll be doing

• Contribute to the architecture, development, and evolution of our hosted onboarding framework, a core foundation for submerchant experiences.
• Drive medium-sized technical projects where you collaborate with other engineers, both in the team and outside, to come up with the best scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of features from idea to production, ensuring quality, scalability, and resilience.
• Work closely together with other engineers in the team to identify optimization opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams in submerchant experience as well as closely related teams such as Openbanking, KYC, Capabilities, etc.
