Team Lead - IT support EMEA

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5+ years of people management and leadership experience in IT Support, engineering, or similar technical environment
• Talent Developer: Proven ability to recruit top talent, manage performance, and get the absolute best out of each team member through coaching and mentorship
• Organizational Awareness: Strong business acumen and ability to empower team in day-to-day stakeholder interactions
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
• Requires a strong in-office presence to foster team collaboration

What you'll be doing

• Lead & define success: Drive technical direction of the team, supervise, guide, and mentor the team, manage performance, foster a growth-oriented environment
• Deliver results & scale impact: Ensure best-in-class support experience, automate processes, coordinate project delivery, provide technical guidance
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with senior management, work with different teams, maintain vendor relations, build trusted partnerships

• Deep administrative experience with cloud tools and identity providers
• Hands-on knowledge of ticket management systems and automation
