Python Software Engineer, Knowledge Infrastructure

Requirements

• Deep production experience with Python
• Experience with graph databases, specifically Neo4j and Cypher query language
• Experience building robust content-ingestion or ETL pipelines
• Proficient in designing serverless orchestrations using AWS Step Functions and AWS Lambda
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi)
• Excellent communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Implement and deliver the next generation of Adyen’s Knowledge platform
• Design, configure, and orchestrate serverless pipelines in AWS
• Define graph schemas, ontologies, and write optimized queries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical writers, product managers, and engineering teams
• Contribute to engineering excellence through mentorship and code reviews

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of GraphRAG patterns or vector embedding integration
• Experience collaborating with cloud platform teams managing container workloads
