Requirements

• Content Architecture: Design scalable graph schemas, ontologies, and metadata models
• Serverless Pipeline Orchestration: Own, configure, and optimize AWS serverless pipelines
• Knowledge Systems Design: Design structured knowledge representations
• APIs for Knowledge & AI Access: Build high-performance retrieval interfaces
• Instrumentation and Quality: Implement automated controls and validation rules

What You'll Be Doing

• Implement and deliver the next generation of Adyen’s Knowledge platform
• Design, configure and orchestrate serverless pipelines in AWS
• Define graph schemas, ontologies, and write optimized queries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical writers, product managers, and engineering teams
• Contribute to engineering excellence through mentorship and code reviews

Who You Are

• Deep production experience with Python and AWS Step Functions/Lambda
• Experience with Neo4j, Cypher query language, and data ontologies
• Experience building content-ingestion pipelines from Git/Headless CMS
• Experience designing performant APIs for complex retrieval
• Solid grasp of Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi) and collaboration with cloud platform teams
• Excellent communicator able to translate strategy into technical initiatives
