Software Development Engineer, RBKS OpEx

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C++, or similar)
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and distributed systems
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with IoT, embedded systems, or cloud-connected devices
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and own features across Ring's software stack
• Actively integrate AI tooling into your development workflow — from code generation to automated testing to intelligent monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities at speed
• Contribute to the team's culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement around AI
