Lead ISP Algorithm Developer, Camera and Imaging

Requirements

• MSc, D.Sc., or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or related field
• Deep understanding of image signal processing pipelines and classical ISP algorithms
• Practical experience with AI/ML algorithm development and deployment
• Proficiency in C++ for embedded systems and algorithm implementation
• Strong Python skills for prototyping and ML development (PyTorch, NumPy, OpenCV, SciPy)
• Track record of leading algorithm development from concept to product
• Experience mentoring or guiding other developers on algorithmic design
• Strong signal processing fundamentals
• Experience with continuous integration, version control (git), unit testing
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and present ideas and designs

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing hybrid systems where classical and AI algorithms coexist
• Experience with model optimization for embedded deployment (quantization, pruning, NPU mapping)
• Experience with AI accelerators and inference engines (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, ExecuTorch, etc.)
• Knowledge of camera control algorithms (AE, AWB, AF) and their interaction with ISP
• Experience with ISP hardware blocks and their programmability
• Understanding of learned ISP techniques and end-to-end neural ISP research
• Experience in designing APIs, libraries, and highly maintainable components
• Publications or patents in imaging or ISP
