Software Development Engineer, Ring Operations

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, TypeScript, or similar)
• Experience with AI and agentic-driven software delivery
• Experience in system design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling of new and current systems)
• Professional software development experience

Nice to Haves

• Track record of working across teams and organizational boundaries
• Experience in working with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and modernizing fullstack services on AWS
• Integrating systems across business units
• Redesigning existing architectures to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Applying AI tools and techniques to accelerate development
• Writing, testing, maintaining, and deploying code
• Inventing, designing, estimating, and planning new features and integration patterns
• Working in a Scrum team
• Learning from others and helping grow junior team members
