Software Builder, Builder Ops

Requirements

• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
• Solid understanding of software design principles and distributed systems
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or infrastructure used by other engineers

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows
• Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar)
• Experience building developer platforms, CI/CD systems, or monitoring infrastructure
• Track record of driving platform adoption across engineering teams

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn and apply team AI workflows and tooling as part of your daily delivery
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and processes, building efficiency into your day-to-day work from the start
