Software Development Engineer - Automation, Fire TV - Berlin

Requirements

• Experience leading the architecture and design of new and current systems
• Experience in professional, non-internship software development
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering scalable platform services for measuring, enforcing, and communicating quality
• Building and operating automated release scoring platforms
• Driving cross-team adoption and partnering with feature teams for platform integration
• Reviewing production metrics, triaging anomalies, and refining platform APIs
