Software Dev Engineer III, Aurora OpenSource Control Plane

Requirements

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Experience leading the architecture and design of new and current systems
• Experience in professional, non-internship software development
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• Experience in development in the last 3 years

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for defining the development and testing standards
• Mentoring junior engineers and hiring for the team
• Working with business and other AWS teams to translate requirements to technical deliverables
• Holding the bar high on the quality of the product
