Staff Engineer, Autonomous Vehicle Systems Integration

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in automotive, autonomous driving, or robotics systems engineering
• Deep understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and control interfaces
• Proven ability to define integration requirements and own them end-to-end
• Experience working with OEM engineering teams and external partners
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Experience on L4 or L2+ ADAS programs is a strong plus

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and own the ADS-to-vehicle interface specification
• Lead technical integration workstreams with ADS partners
• Represent Bolt in engineering-level conversations with OEMs
• Build integration frameworks, tooling, and documentation
• Identify and resolve integration risks across vehicle platforms
• Ensure integration decisions are technically aligned and program-ready
