Senior Software Engineer, Zero Trust Client

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of shipping and supporting client software on real end-user devices
• Excellent programming skills with high-quality and low-complexity code
• Experience writing easily-testable and thoroughly-tested code
• Experience with lower-level languages such as Rust, C, C++
• Comfortable writing multithreaded, asynchronous code
• Experience with debugging network-related problems

Nice to Haves

• Understanding of VPN technologies
• Experience with security protocols and standards
• Willingness to adopt and integrate AI tools and systems into your engineering workflow
• Empathetic, proactive, and constructive communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on the Zero Trust desktop client to protect corporate devices
• Using Rust and platform-native languages to implement high-performance networking code
• Improving code quality and building testable and well-documented foundations
• Leading design and implementation of major development projects
• Mentoring other engineers and representing the team in technical discussions
