Staff AI Engineer - Notebooks

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including technical lead experience
• Proven track record in leading large-scale AI/ML initiatives in a product-driven environment
• Significant experience in model deployment, development, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Passionate about mentoring others and fostering high-performing engineering culture
• Excitement for leveraging AI tools to enhance coding and problem-solving

What You'll Be Doing:

• Spearheading AI initiatives within Notebooks
• Shaping technical direction and strategy for AI workflows
• Owning the full development cycle from prototyping to production
• Driving product direction with a strong user focus
• Coordinating with other teams interested in leveraging Notebooks
• Developing robust agent systems and staying updated on industry trends
