Software Engineer, New Grad

Requirements

• Pride in readable, well-designed, well-tested software
• Experience writing web-based applications in any language
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with web architecture at scale (20krpm and above)
• Experience with "NoSQL" data backends and other technologies
• Experience solving logistical problems with software

• Improve code structure and review team's code
• Simplify maintenance and operation of production systems
• Build relationships with other engineering teams
• Assist with technical implementation choices
• Lead hiring process and conduct engineering interviews
