Software Engineer, Salesforce - (Vendor)

Requirements:

• Experience in developing high quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third party systems for enterprises using SOAP, RESTFUL Services.
• Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment.
• You are familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (github actions/drone ci). Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using LWC.
• Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework, Live Agent, Omnichannel. Building APIs using (Python/Golang/Node) on AWS/GCP.
• Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript and a Certification on SF developer (Platform Dev II) would be nice.
• Experience developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Case Management, AWS and GCP.

Nice to Have:

• Strong understanding of relational databases and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (REST, SOAP, gRPC, etc.).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Advanced Developer, Architect) are a plus.
• Passion for engineering best practices, high-quality code, and automated testing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Workflows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules.
• Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development.
• Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
• Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible.
• Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
• Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities.
