What you'll be doing

• Impact Analysis & Reporting: Setting up a group-wide framework to track if our AI investment is working. Analyzing productivity data across all focus areas and turning it into clear ROI stories for leadership
• Advocacy & Evangelism: Acting as the voice of the program. Running roadshows and workshops to get both tech and non-tech teams excited, while addressing cultural concerns regarding how AI changes the nature of work
• Upskilling & Training: Building the curriculum with learning and development teams to help the entire workforce move past the initial learning curve. Creating train-the-trainer programs to empower local AI champions in every department
• Cross-Brand Orchestration: Connecting decentralized brands and verticals to ensure knowledge sharing and a unified AI experience across the entire Delivery Hero group
