Data Engineer II, Operations - Quick Commerce

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
• Solid programming skills in Python
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow)
• Solid knowledge of creating cloud-based and scalable system architectures

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar)
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Drone CI and GitHub Actions)

What you'll be doing

• Develop features that bring value to our users
• Pipeline Maintenance to ensure our product runs smoothly
• Play an active role in evolving our overall architecture, establishing best engineering practices within the team (e.g. TDD, CI/CD, etc.) to improve the speed of delivery, and the quality of the features and services you own
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to optimize model lifecycle, monitoring, and alerting. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models
