Requirements

• Professional experience building and operating production software
• Strong experience with at least one backend programming language like Golang or Python
• Experience building modern web applications with React or similar technologies
• Solid understanding of software design principles, REST APIs, and automated testing
• Experience with distributed/event-driven systems and production infrastructure like Kafka, AWS, Docker/k8s

What you'll be doing

• Develop backend services using Golang/Python and frontend applications using React
• Design and evolve APIs, event-driven workflows, and Kafka-based integrations
• Partner with Product Managers and operational stakeholders to translate business problems to technical solutions
• Own the complete software lifecycle from design to production operation
• Investigate production issues and improve system reliability, performance, and observability
