Experience: 3+ years in a relevant data role with hands-on experience across data engineering technologies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Data engineering depth: Expertise in SQL, Python, and data modeling with a focus on data quality.
Reporting & insights: Understanding of data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau.
Business and stakeholder focus: Able to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholders.
Autonomy & ownership: Proactive, customer-oriented, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
Team impact: Collaborative and enjoys sharing knowledge and helping the team succeed.
