Staff Software Engineer

Requirements

• 9+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience with backend systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of experience working remotely as part of a distributed software engineering team
• Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS)
• Familiarity with deployment systems, CI/CD pipelines, or developer tooling at scale

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and evolve dx platforms that ship code to production for thousands of services
• Write, review, and maintain code primarily in Go and Ruby, with exposure to various technologies
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, pairing opportunities, code reviews, and more
