Senior Software Engineer, Code Scanning

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience in coding
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field, with corresponding years of experience
• Proficiency in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python

Nice to Haves

• Experience building end-to-end applications with agentic AI
• Working on web applications in Ruby or Go languages
• Experience with relational databases and large Ruby on Rails or React applications
• Knowledge in site reliability engineering, distributed systems, and operating software at scale

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, testing, and shipping high-quality technical solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
• Owning and advocating for system health and quality
• Writing architecture briefs, proposals, and building prototypes
• Designing and implementing GraphQL APIs and REST endpoints
• Maintaining and extending Ruby on Rails applications and Go services
• Improving service reliability through monitoring and SLO management
• Driving technical solutions discussions and proposals
• Participating in incident responses and postmortems
• Utilizing CI/CD tools for automated pipelines
