Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in designing and implementing real-time distributed processing systems
• Proven expertise in architecting and executing large-scale migrations to cloud environments
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, managed services, and containerization
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with technology and strategy teams to build high-quality systems
• Develop and implement solutions to fulfil regulatory obligations
• Analyze key performance metrics and report to stakeholders
• Provide leadership to projects and enforce compliance with development processes

• Experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead in cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based software systems
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and model fine-tuning
