Data Center Technician, Third Party Data Centers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.
• Experience with performing component-level repairs on IT equipment.
• Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment.
• Ability to work non-standard hours.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with server hardware maintenance/repair.
• Knowledge of networking, including topology and protocols.
• Excellent Linux skills.
• Fluency in English for client relationship management.
